Due to the huge price difference between E85 and regular gasoline, vehicle owners often fill up their tanks with E85 in unsuitable vehicles, resulting in : - engine combustion problems - engine knocking - ignition of the engine light on the dashboard - to the point where the engine cannot be started The fault codes read by the diagnostic unit do not refer to the vehicle's actual malfunction, and lead to the replacement of non-defective and often costly parts. This kit includes OEM adapters for connection to the vehicle, as well as the probe and its cable, and is intended for use with AC 0800 tablet. Simply connect the kit using the appropriate adapter and let the engine idle for a few seconds. The tablet, in its "FlexFuel" test mode, will give you the exact percentage of ethanol in the fuel. |
